Job Description
* Preparation and updates of material status and purchase requests.
* Coordination with Project Management and other departments to carryout day-to-day Quantity Surveying services.
* Material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any irregularities to the control management.
* Evaluate both purchase requests and quotations and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications.
* Items analysis and breakdown through project phases.
* Preparation of sub-contracts to be in line with project BOQ, specifications and drawings.
* Examine, control and evaluate sub-contractors invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied.
* Works very close with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.
* Track changes to the design and project work and issue change requests and variation orders accordingly.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
* Minimum 7 Years in Experience.
* Minimum 3 Years of experience in Site.
* Prior Experience in Technical Office is Preferable.
* Technical and practical knowledge of all civil and arc disciplines.
* Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
* Excellent communication skills and strong English capability.
