What you'll Do:
Will Deliver Sales Objectives within his/her district and throughout each territory. You willEnsure efficient allocation of the available resources to execute the agreed territory action plan accuracy, you will Plan for your territory and take all required actions on time to ensure accurate customer engagement.
You will Ensure application of company core values and promote company strategic priorities. Will continuously review your team level of knowledge and all duties through day-to-day interactions.
You will lead professional Key Account Managers and set individual development plans. You will coordinate and build cross functional networks to ensure a smooth workflow and partners teamwork.
You will Consistently review and analyze the performance records and take remedial action. You will recruit, assist in the selection and the orientation ofnewly hired Key Account Managers.
You will embrace and challenge risks.

Our requirements
Minimum of 2 Years experience in Managerial Position in Pharmaceutical Industry at time of application.
Proven communication, analytical and leadership skills.
