Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Manage execution of the Global and EM Brand Strategy for the brand concepts.
Lead on consumer insight; focusing on street culture and identifying the
relevant communication and activation strategies for the consumer. Ensuring
consistent deployment throughout MENA, delivering on all relevant Brand KPIs
with a focus on growing NPS. Implement and execute all activations aligned
with direct manager and based on calendar priorities. Embody the brand ethos
and understand the audience with intimacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the execution of the MENA Brand Marketing activation calendar for Sports.
* Full management of the Marketing Working Budget for the campaigns assigned across MENA with support from the Senior Manager Brand Communications.
* Lead the creation and delivery of agency briefs to ensure responses are focused, insight led, aligned with global guidelines and on budget.
* Ensure world class campaign executions by focusing on brand priorities, such as trade zone, open source and speed.
* Negotiate and track quotations with vendors by setting clear objectives and expectations.
* Manages the delivery of all elements of campaign execution including PR, OOH and physical activations.
* Works with the Digital manager (and team) to deliver all digital media execution.
* Proactively works with Sports Marketing team on key campaigns where assets are relevant.
* Drive MENA Brand KPIs and monitor Brand Health via tracking studies.
* Other duties as assigned by the Director of Brand Communications.
KPI's:
* MENA Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Share of Search, Spontaneous purchase intent).
* Growth of BOS Market Share within MENA.
* MENA Direct Category Contribution vs. Plan.
* MENA Campaign ROMI.
* EM Net Sales, Category growth, FPST and DTC/E-com traffic.
* MWB compliance.
Key Relationships:
* MENA Peers reporting into the Senior Brand Communication Manager.
* MENA Merchandising teams' cross category.
* MENA Wholesale, Retail and eCom Marketing teams.
* Advertising, Media, Digital and Events agencies.
