Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferably with specialization in Marketing
* 3-5 years relevant experience in branding including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
* English language fluency in both written and spoken
* An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry
* A clear communicator, in person and writing
* Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
* Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
* Communicate company's vision and mission
* Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
* Propose marketing plans and budgets for the assigned brands in order to achieve or exceed the brand objectives
* Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
* Participate in organizing events/exhibits to positively present our brands
* Study the market to analyze the competition and provide reports
* Align with all departments/teams to better serve the brands (i.e. Finance, Sales, Supply, etc.)
* Develop effective campaigns
* Work closely with different teams to better serve the divisions
