We are looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to be based in Cairo, Egypt.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will manage the
day-to-day financial controlling activities of the Unit ensuring KONE business
activities are conducted in accordance with KONE Financial Control Models, and
that financial impacts are measured and reported following KONE accounting
standards and reporting instructions. The Financial Controller will support
the definition of local financial policies and ensure that the adherence to
both local and global policies is controlled.

We are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go getter
and understanding how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need
someone with an analytical mind set as well as a strong commercial acumen.
What will you do?
* Provide and interpret financial information
* Ensure all tax, treasury, statutory statement, bookkeeping, consolidation tasks and local financial statements are met on a timely and accurate basis
* Analyze actual performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions
* Track and analyze actual spending & identify the reason of deviation when needed, as well as related risks and opportunities
* Monthly financial analysis reporting including (P&L, operational report, cash flow forecast,etc.)
* Ensure compliance with local legislative, accounting standards, and internal controls
* Maintain strong connections with other Finance colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends
Are you the one?
* University Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant
* ‎5-‎8 years of experience in accounting
* Industries: E &E, Electrical, Heavy machinery
* Ensure all tax, treasury, statutory statement, bookkeeping, consolidation tasks and local financial statements are met on a timely and accurate basis
* Ensure compliance with local legislative, accounting standards, and internal controls
* Monthly financial analysis reporting
* Excellent user for MS excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication, business acumen and analytical skills
* Business partnering mindset and ability to deal effectively with stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills and influencing skills
* SAP knowledge is preferable
* Excellent English language skills
