JOB SUMMARY
* The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site 's business goals and objectives
* Patriciate in execution of capital budget projects for the assigned tasks
* Supervise external contractors for any maintenance activities type
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Comply with all company policies and regulations and International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, FSSC 22000, KORE and WPR Policy.
* Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production/utilities equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production/utilities equipment during machine service.
* First Escalation Point for any Operational Breakdown.
* Monitor / Improve the Spares Consumption on his Area.
* Ensure the high level of Technical Communication and Handover is maintained between Operation and Maintenance Teams
* Perform simple maintenance duties and responsibilities.
* Responsible for Triggering and Suppling Technical Solutions for any Chronic Issues
* Plays a Vital role in training and onboarding new technicians.
* Represent Technical Team in Audits on his area by providing Documentations related to his Area
* Perform all maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
* Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
* Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
* Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
* Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
* Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
* Order parts and maintain required documents.
EOHS
* Encourage appropriate positive attitudes towards EOHS
* Apply relevant EOHS policy and procedures
* Actively participate in EOHS inspections, audits and risk assessment.
* Ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated appropriately and suitable controls are implemented.
* Has the authority to stop any activity that violate the company EOSH management system.
* Participating in the Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program
Food Safety
* Fully committed to comply with the food safety policy and to the continuous improvement of the food safety system/framework.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
* Electrical diploma preferably from reputed institution. e.g. Don-Bosco
* Experience in general electrical and control systems maintenance experience in F&B or FMCG preferably with multinational organizations.
* Capable to read and understand electrical power & control diagrams and drawings.
* Good level of English language skills reading, writing and speaking.
