Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaboration & Management
* Lead/contribute to local/regional Medical Information projects and initiatives as assigned
* Provide onboarding/training for Medical Information vendors, external partners and internal field force as assigned
* Collaborate with cross functional partners on shared goals and activities
Resources & Planning
* Maintain local content repositories, including content for Call Center
* Analyze Medical Information content needs & provides input to GCCLT
* Adapt and maintain local/regional content per local/regional requirements
* Report on trends/insights for assigned product(s)
* Identify opportunities to increase business capability, efficiency and effectiveness
Performance & Compliance
* Respond to escalated enquiries in compliance with regulations and company SOPs/guidelines, including performing literature searches and timely triage of AE/PC
* Facilitate expanded access requests as appropriate
* Assist with ensuring target service levels (enquiries, efficiency, quality, content) and customer expectations are met for Contact Center
* Maintain and apply knowledge on regulations and codes affecting Medical Information
* Maintain and expand product and TA knowledge
Accountabilities
* Support Contact Center operations and management (if applicable)
* Local/Regional Medical Information Lead for one or multiple products
* Handling escalated enquiries from Contact Center
* Oversight of functional projects/initiatives
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, MD, or BSc or local equivalent
* Minimum 2 years working experience
Preferred Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in Medical Information
* Direct clinical experience (eg. pharmacy, nursing, medicine)
* Fluency in French is an advantage
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
* Demonstrated time management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed
* Solid skills in conducting comprehensive literature searches and in critically appraising scientific literature
* Sound working knowledge of ethical, legal and regulatory guidelines and requirements applicable to medical affairs activities
* Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process
* Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word software programs, CRM Databases

* Proficient language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading and writing) in English and local language
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills (proficient in Office)
