HCP Activator Lead, Africa

drive HCP and consumer behaviour change at scale and grow our brands new
categories using relevant HCP touchpoints with a digital first mindset
leveraging tech innovations to maximise HCP reach and engagement.
Key Accountabilities
Deliver our market share and financial targets
* Bring external best in class learnings and approach to inform our strategy and plan including target identification and segmentation to understand HCP needs/pain points and consequent activation priorities
* Coordinate with Brand managers and category leads to contribute fact base analysis from HCP standpoint to build brand activation plan that change behavior of end consumer using external and internal best practises
* KOL management and service: work with KOLs on all levels, identification of involvement level for local and zonal levels, building long-term cooperation and loyalty with KOLs, identification of potential for further brand development
* Translate brand plan strategy and category strategy into HCP marketing rooted into HCP marketing plan rooting from HCP insight and brand objectives as well as HCP influence matrix to consumer, leveraging available models and tools from global/other regions and markets / Gen Med vs building from scratch.
* Regular update HCP marketing strategies and tactics for the brand and category provided to sales and Market access team during cycle meetings and sales conference and company annual meeting
* Ensuring the service minded culture is embedded into the organization
* Collaborate with Science Affairs to develop the medical strategy
Financial
* Ensure HCP expenditure is as per planned activities/ initiatives on monthly basic and within the allocated budget from brand managers
Implementation
* Develop and implement all HCP activation campaigns for more reach, engagement and efficiency in liaise with health care channel team.
* Build and manage KOL pool/ HCP relationship for not only HCP influence/ education but also to support all educational campaign to consumer to raise awareness
* Coordinate with sales in HCP segmentation and targeting exercise to put right resource into focus area.
* Developing all detailing / promotional materials to HCP and training document/ tool kit/ role play/ test of med reps that get internal and external approval (where applied)

External : HCPs (Doctors, pharmacists, mid-wives, etc) and HCO
Key Measurement Indicator:
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of the following strategic
objectives:
* Including but not unlimited to audience size/ engagement and associated consumer metrics (for eg mkt share, eCommerce etc)
* Growth in volume and value over previous year
* Market share evolution (where available) in terms of Doctor prescription share and pharmacist recommendation share
* Evolution of brand equity in terms of HCP recommendation attributes (where available)
About You
Ideal Background
Experience
* ‎3 years experience in brand management and or sales
* Previous management experience is a plus
* Proven success in identifying and sharing consumer and shopper insights
* Working knowledge of Secondary Data Sources used in CHC i.e. IMS, NH, Nielsen
* Experience of HealthCare research is a plus.

Languages
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
Qualification
Degree in Business or related field
