Software Quality Manager
Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities
* Manage/Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation.
* Formulate / review software testing strategy and transform it into tactics and practices.
* Build and Maintain test automation practices
* Investigate and explore upcoming new technologies and suggest for enhancements.
* Analyze test results and test metrics.
* Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc.) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
* Generate and present high-quality reports about quality of products/services and team KPIs.
* Map corporate and company policies to procedures to quality processes and procedures and ensure the proper execution and tracking for those policies.
* Reading and analyzing performance testing reports.
* Mentoring and coaching software testing organization.
* Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software.
Qualifications
* 10 years' experience in Software Quality field,
* At least 2 years' experience of working as a Software Quality Manager.
* Proven track record of software testing team building and management.
* Hands-on experience in test automation building and performance testing implementation and analysis.
* Hands-on experience in agile teams' management.
* Knowledge and thorough understanding of development technologies in both front and back end.
* Hands-on experience with test management and test execution tools and techniques.
* People management (Recruit, train, allocate, monitor, and evaluate).
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
