About you and this role - What you would do in this role
For our Cairo, Egypt location, we are seeking a passionate Quality Manager.
With this role, you'll be at the helm of our quality program, helping us meet
and exceed customer expectations as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.
As a Quality Manager, you're not only a leader, but a resource and consultant
as well. You will have the opportunity to impart your knowledge and expertise
through training and coaching. This will ensure that our team is well-equipped
to deliver the highest quality standards. Your guidance will empower our
front-line team, and your influence will be felt across key roles within our
organization.
Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a customer-focused
culture, creating a positive impact not only within a single plant but also
across multiple plants and complex interfaces. Your leadership will be the
driving force behind our quest for excellence, making this position a truly
rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities
* You will lead quality improvement projects and represent quality within larger initiatives. In your defined scope, you'll be responsible for all product quality change management activities.
* You will ensure consistent, high-quality service between customers, the company, and cross-functional partners.
* You will effectively represent the "Voice of the Customer" within the organization and across the business/division.
* You will build and enhance cross-functional relationships, facilitating the seamless flow of information between the organization and the customer, along with other stakeholders related to product quality and regulatory requirements within the quality management system.
* You will demonstrate influential leadership in executing opportunities to improve the quality management system.
* You will utilize quality data to empower cross-functional partners in driving product quality improvements.
* You will identify and lead change management reviews that impact product quality within your defined scope.
* You will ensure that the plant's Operating Discipline system, procedures, and guidelines meet quality system requirements and provide a focal point for quality requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy or comparable
* Experience in both quality control and quality assurance
* Fluency is English and Arabic
* A minimum of ‎5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
* Experience leading internal audits against ISO ‎9001
