Based in Egypt Site located in 6th of October industrial zone and reporting to
the Sales Director, you will have a unique opportunity to:

Interact & Develop professional relations with customers

Understanding/Meeting customer expectations

Cross functional coordination at various department levels

You will be responsible for interacting with customers and Key Account
Managers for receipt and release of orders to SOM. You are also expected to
follow up at various stages of production and warehousing till dispatch,
preparing commercial invoices and MIS reports and answer various queries that
the customer or Key Account Managers may have.

Main responsibilities include:
Act as a link between the application laboratories and customer to ensure
samples, price quotations and tasting sheets are received.

Responsible for obtaining all relevant regulatory documents to accompany same
package

Responsible for obtaining all relevant information for questionnaire and
product information as requested y customers

Maintain customer database

Order processing

Complaint handling

Forecasting and distribution / agency operations handling

Collating sales statistics

Assist with all other activities to improve Sales & Marketing performance

Working with commercial tools and systems

Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor degree in Business or relevant

‎3 – ‎5 years of experience in a similar environment

Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Customer Focused

Keen attention to details

Be self motivated and use your initiative

Active team player

Numerate

Well organized

Good communication skills
