__We are looking for a " Shared Services Manager " . In this position
you will develop a comprehensive shared service strategy for Ingram Micro MEA,
working with functional and country leaders. As the strategy is executed this
position will lead the Shared Services organization, ensuring that annual
business plans for service operations align with the strategy and will support
attainment of the objectives. Defines and works with
countries/regions/functions to drive service initiatives that improve
operating efficiency, quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction,
including coordinating the establishment of key metrics, defining goals for
those metrics, and reporting/analyzing progress against stated goals. Develops
and drives key initiatives, including commercializing the centers.
What will you do?

* Development of strategic plan for the shared service center
* Building relationships with country, group Managers and functional leaders.
* Leverage work done by several countries.
* Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices and integrates these.
* Gain approval of the plan and move quickly to execute.
* Brings an end to end process mindset to unlock enterprise value by streamlining activities inside and outside of shared services.
* Leverages current systems and influences/impacts future development of solutions to help drive other services, in support of business strategies.
* Creates value by identifying and executing on opportunities to generate positive cash flow or reduced cost.
* Continuously evaluates the shared services practices with other large companies to benchmark best practices.
* Provides strategic leadership to the BPO partnership to drive operational excellence.
* Establish centers, lead key leaders and set business plans.
* Understands business intelligence through market research, benchmarking and data-mining.
* Understands and is passionate about technology industry and identifies new trends that will add value to our business and our partners.
* Responsible for coaching and developing a world class team of executives and associates.
Which Talent do you bring?
* you have 5 or more years of experience in shared service/outsourcing/BPO environments . You have strong analytical and research skills, strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
* You have strong relationship building skills and improving processes.
* You have demonstrated ability to lead teams, projects, and initiatives to a successful result.
* You have business unit employment experience as well as successful demonstration of sensitivity and commitment to business issues and problems.
* You have dynamic leadership ability that can develop and energize multidiscipline, high-performance work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to business needs in a fast-changing environment.
* You can drive objectives through ability to predict, analyze, and manage cultural and technological changes within the organization. Out of the box thinker.
* You can demonstrate strategic ability, managing vision, purpose and perspective.
* You have solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers, associates, vendors, and senior management.
* You have strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills and able to drive for results.
* You can develop new system approaches to solve problems and seize opportunities for sustaining and generating new business.
