Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
* Prepare the daily Modern Trade/Key Accounts status by the due invoices & available credit limits.
* Follow up with the export invoices issues to avoid any stoppage for Sales orders.
* Processing of Key Accounts request of payment related to the exclusivity
* Monthly analysis for On Premises trade spending during the month.
* Reviewing the Key Accounts Daily Status.
* Subsidy follow up and preparation data with export sales team.
* Prepare the rebate, Slotting and exclusivity Accrual Calculation.
* Review Accruals vs spending and ensure related actions.
Performance Management reviews
* Prepare monthly analysis for all Discounts and Allowances expenses
* Prepare the Modern Trade monthly entries.
* Review and approve all Trade spending actual & accruals
* Key Accounts contracts Data base review
Audit & Compliance
* Preparing the monthly KPIs for the On Premises
* Review the aging analysis for the Modern Trade/Key Accounts customers and follow up with the sales team for collection
* Follow up on customer confirmation results.
* Review the consolidated Discount and Allowances per account.
* Contracts management for Modern Trade/Key Accounts including Multi-Year Contract MYC preparation
* Ensure timely closure of;
* Internal audit remediation and track progress
* Corporate audit remediation and track progress
People Performance Management
* Shifts management & resolving any conflicts or shortage through solid rotation plan.
Special Projects
* Quarterly meeting with Key Accounts sales team to review overdue and accruals status.
* Participate and support in new Projects for Modern Trade/Key Accounts & Export.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years ' experience in commercial.
* Leadership experience and capability. Solid understanding of business levers.
* Go-To-Person on Performance Metrics, Process simplification and Best Practices around Metrics.
* Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities
* Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures
* Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator.
* Ability to set and priorities short, mid and long term objectives.
* Bachelor of Accounting/Finance subject.
* Good english communication skills.
