For our SI-GSW setup in Egypt we are looking for a Contract Manager to support
our growing business:
What are my responsibilities?
* Preparation of legally sound contract documents
* Review of intermediate contract status and comment/release of finalized contract documents
* PR SPR contact for all legal/contractual issues and bottleneck/catalyst to LEGAL SERVICES
* Legal support in selected negotiation situations (mediating function)
* Preparation and execution of training measures (legal aspects and negotiation skills)
* Initiates invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms
* Active contribution to Segment-overlapping implementation measures in view of a unified contractual basis
* Expert monitoring of internal processes in view of their legal security
* Legal support in complex claim issues
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Expert knowledge in Contract Management and Egyptian Law (Procurement)
* Expert knowledge in FIDIC contracts
* Experience in Supply Management and holistic Purchase Order Processing
* Enhanced experience in arranging extensive contracts and contractual concepts
* Perform advising/auditing function among hierarchic coequals
* Enhanced knowledge of selected foreign legal systems
* Experience in foreign negotiation cultures
* 5 to 7 years of experience
