Set-up of contracting strategy to optimize the use of local contractors
Keep the contract register
Sectors of contracted activities:
Drilling, Geophysics, Geochemical laboratory, Hydrogeology, Geotechnics, Civil Engineering.
QUALIFICATION
Education:
Qualification in procurement and administration
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience;
Knowledge of international rules, standards and norms pertaining to procurement and contracts management, as well as governance. Similar knowledge in KSA is an asset
Language skills:
Proficiency in spoken and written English - Arabic is a plus
Computer skills :
Computer and internet literacy
