We are now looking for a OCC Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned
customer projects securing those project goals are met, customer expectations
are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible
way within the scope of the contract.
What you will do**
* Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
* Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor, and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
* Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationships build confidence and trust, ensure project progress arrange meetings and customer events
* Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
* Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meeting
* Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas
You will bring**
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or telecommunication
* Minimum years of experience: 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience
* Strong domain experience: OCC (OSS, Telecom Core & Cloud)
* Strong professional experience in project/program management (traditional waterfall model and agile methodologies), preferably with relevant certifications, with an extensive set of technical and business skills, with a long and proven practice of customer-facing and presentation engagements demonstrating consultative skills
* Proficient within the overall telecommunications industry and evolution trends
* Explicit customer-focused business attitude with a clear orientation to practical results, revealing accountability and independence in performing their work based on defined objectives
* Project manager certification (PMP) or ACP or Prince 2 equivalent certification!
* Experience/knowledge of Agile methodologies and certification as an ACP/Scrum Master is an added advantage
* Have personally assumed leading roles as lead program manager and lead services responsible for the creation of customer proposals and also as part of delivery projects of highly complex consulting and SI intensive solutions, preferably those involving Automated Network Operations OSS (Orchestration, Analytics, and Assurance, Network Management), Core and Cloud (PC, UDM, IMS, MSS, Cloud), related technologies, and have been personally involved in the financial and cost analysis, project and service structuring and delivery phases of such projects
* Familiar with the main implementation aspects and challenges of Automated Network Operations OSS (Orchestration, Analytics, and Assurance, Network Management), Core and Cloud (PC, UDM, Cloud, IMS, and MSS solutions). In PC, preferably when extending to the evolution to 5GC
* Proven leadership skills in leading multi-functional teams in either sales or delivery capacity
* Available to travel around the hub with an expectation to remain outside of the home country between 50% of the time
