Job Duties / Accountabilities
* Work closely with colleagues and other business stakeholders to deliver
various projects.
* Optimize delivery through the process life cycle (incident, change, problem
management).
* Recommend changes to established methods; propose alternative and
new solutions to improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to define technically appropriate
solutions that meet users' requirements.
* Ensure detailed documentation of business requirements and operational
methods.
* Support Trainers and provide information to help build the training strategy

* Analytical and technical skills.
* Conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Professional work ethic, inter-personal skills and strong organizational
skills are essential
* Business acumen in the area of the customer organization
* Ability to identify business requirements and create or participate in the
elaboration of process solutions
* Collaboration and negotiation skills.
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
* MS Visio skills with ability to draw processes is an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* An ability to work independently

Certification or recognized training in Business Analysis.
* Experience in developing requirements for business process and systems integration projects.
