PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Providing premium service to PHD customers by answering their technical
inquiries and handling their concerns promptly and professionally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Thoroughly study the cases of the assigned units.
* Coordinate and resolve matters pertaining the units' delivery delays.
* Conduct snagging inspections and record all customers' points accurately.
* Prepare and communicates appropriate handover related response for customers' queries and other notices.
* Maintaining excellent track of the extra costing sheets resulting from modification and general requests for assigned units.
* Communicate and direct unresolved issues and post handover customer to the relevant department.
Education:
Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior
Design.
Work Experience:
2- 4 years of experience in Real Estate/ Construction.
