Quality Documentation assistant
We have been in Egypt since 1978, with vast experience in the Egyptian Urban
and Mainlines Markets. With vast experience in the Rolling Stock, Signaling,
and Infrastructure activities participated in the construction of Cairo Metro
Lines (1, 2,and 3).
We served the Egyptian Railways market as well through delivering Engineering,
Power Supply, Construction, Maintenance and Trainings of Signaling,
Centralized Control, and Infrastructure of railway projects such as, Giza-Beni
Suef, Beni Suef-Assuit, and Cairo-Alexandria lines.
What are my responsibilities?
Main RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and consolidate quality documents like customer inspection reports for
Material , installation and testing.
Copy , scan and store all quality documents done and signed at site like
checklists , inspection reports , etc to prepare quality file for the project.
Prepare LOGs for site quality documents to indicate the status regularly for
each type of quality documents.
Consolidate all reserves written officially by the customer in quality
documents.
Prepare and manage dashboard / KPIs for main open items in the LOGs to
highlight and show real progress for quality documents
Follow-up all reserves with assigned people.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education : University Degree – minimum 5 years experience
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
Teamwork player - communication skills - Accountability and Responsibility
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE :
Advanced skills in excel like Macro , pivot tables , Dashboards , etc.
Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel expert, Power
Point and Access) and online document management system.
Documentation control/management.
Experience working within a fast paced and diverse environment, providing
document control support for multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also
the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.
Presentation skills for reporting – data analysis
It is preferred to have experience in mega projects DC.
Language Skills: English very good -Arabic
