As an ABM you will be Assist in Building the Baraka brand through Equity
Development and relevant product Innovation which result in translating brand
objectives into solid strategy to deliver business growth.
About you
Main Responsibilities:



  • Assist in "New Product Development"

  • Assist in conducting Market Research and use consumer insights to build marketing plans that drive profitable brand growth

  • Assist in developing "Marketing Brand Plan" in light with the brand performance and knowledge understanding.

  • Conduct "Trade Visits" in order to monitor product performance.

  • Provide analysis of competitor's pricing, positioning, and performance in the market

  • Responsibility for packaging development

  • Responsibility for marketing activities implementation.

  • Work with the Advertising Agency to get their support and involvement with the creative aspects, media strategy, packaging, and promotion.

  • Promotion and "Media Plan" evaluation.

  • Consumer marketing budget tracking.

  • Analyze sales data, Retail Audit, and brand Tracker to agree on future activities and strategies.

  • Develop Internet Strategy in corporation with the assigned agency to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Eye for detail, strong analytical & planning skills

  • Strong initiative and follow-through

  • Experience of being a successful team player with strong collaborative skills and a strong capability to lead a team

  • High leadership, time management & communication skills

  • High learning skills and potential to grow beyond the current role

  • Experience in data management & __equipment knowledge.
    Education & Trainings:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or Mass Communication

  • Excellent command of English language

  • Perfect working knowledge of MS Office.
