Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Franchise
channel by managing projects to decrease complexity, increase productivity,
drive consumer-centric initiatives and activities that secure additional Net
Sales, and to ensure corporate compliance at field level for all stores across
Emerging Markets Central.

* EM DTC Excellence Hub Team
* EM Hub functions (e.g., BI Team)
* External stakeholders (e.g., Franchise partners)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Advanced user of MS Office suite of products (priority: PowerPoint & Excel)
* Strong influential skills and understanding of the organization
* Fluent in English
* Additional languages are an advantage
Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
* University Degree in Business, ideally with Sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
* 4-5 years of experience within Sales, Project Management, Business Development, Retail Operations or similar field
* Understanding of Retail, Project Management, Finance, Internal Controls
* Ideally, industry experience in Sports/ Fashion/ FMCG
