ROLE SUMMARY:


We are currently seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to join our
team as an outsourced employee for a duration of ‎6 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

  • Monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring the availability and performance of our IT systems.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and user manuals.

  • Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance

  • Troubleshoots iPhone and Android mobile phones and iPads.


  • Prepares new hire hardware for deployment.
    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:




  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).



  • ‎1-‎3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support role, providing technical assistance to end-users.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac) and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Familiarity with network protocols, IP addressing, and troubleshooting network connectivity problems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to support others in a team environment while also serving as a single point of tech support.

  • Ability to work with limited supervision and stay focused while performing repetitive tasks.

  • Must be fluent in both the local language and English.
