Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support key aspects of the Rewards/ Payroll related elements including
Compensation, Benefits, Mobility and SAP Management. Manage and run the
monthly payroll for the Egypt organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the execution of monthly payroll including managing all variables associated with the payroll (advances, deductions, additions, bank details change) throughout the month.
* Act as main point of contact with payroll software provider.
* Support on any personnel cost/budget exercise or planning.
* Comply with local government reporting and filing regulations and requirements for all rewards matters (GOSI, WPS).
* Act as on ground point of contact for local business requirements related to rewards projects, reporting and change requests.
* Provide functional support and training to local country HR users of SAP.
* Maintain the data maintenance and administration of HR SAP and SAC in collaboration with HRBPs.
* Search for best practice related to external competitiveness and internal fairness through market research.
* Provide local statutory reporting as required.
* Create, update, and maintain rewards related employee policies.
* Support the annual processes and planning around bonus, salary review, long term incentive or any other rewards program for Egypt.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree in HR Management or other relevant fields
* 3+ years of overall work experience in HR/ Rewards/ Comp & Ben / Payroll
* Comp & Ben/ Payroll experience in Egypt market
* SAP-HR expert (preferred)
