Crowne Plaza West Cairo - Arkan the ‎178-room new build forms part of Phase II
of Arkan Plaza. The Hotel is ‎10 minutes away from the "new" Grand Egyptian
Museum and ‎15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also in close
proximity to Cairo International Airport and will be just ‎10 kilometers away
from Sphinx International Airport. Business and leisure travelers can get the
best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with
an outdoor pool and Club Lounge
We are currently looking for a Food&Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing
team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo - Arkan.
Your day-to-day:
* Oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies and standards.
* Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
* Provides feedback and coaching to the Team regularly.
* Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
* Handle guest complaints in restaurants.
* Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
* Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
* Is capable of handling customers with a friendly/calm attitude.
* Ensures product quality and great service.
* Has effectively forecasted restaurant needs.
* Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
* Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback.
What we need from you:
* +3years experience in Food&Beverage (At leaset ‎1 year in supervisory role)
* Excellent Food&Beverage knowledge
* Excellent customer service skills
* Very good command of English
