Job Description:
* Plan and execute regular training interventions to ensure that all employees possess the required knowledge to serve clients in their respective geographies.
* Manage relevant regional/ corporate L& OD communication channels and provide timely coordination between relevant SPOCs and stakeholders.
* Execute thorough training needs identification and create/maintain global & regional training calendars in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
* Implement global and regional training projects as per timelines set and adapt them for regional use.
* Ensure effective use of digital platforms across respective geographics
* Assess the success of developmental interventions.
* Generate and maintain accurate and timely data as prescribed by MIS requirements and ensure compliance with all standards in respective areas/ geographies as expected by the Organization.
Qualifications:
* Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree.
* Preferably an MBA holder.
* 6-8 years of work experience.
* At least 4 years of experience in training.
* At least 2 years of experience in training delivery.
