Today, we are recruiting for Invoicing Manager position to Join our Team
in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to

What are my responsibilities?
* Coordinate with the accounting operations team and the assigned organization unit the AR and collections operations.
* Prepare company´s invoices in compliance with GAAP guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.
* Open accounts and follow up on clearance of outstanding, along with checking past due and overdue accounts.
* Coordinate with respective customers for any account discrepancies.
* Identify customer financial statements, references, credit agency reports, and analyze them with team leader for any potential changes in credit limits.
* Prepare statements of accounts and regular account reconciliation with accordance to accounting guidelines.
* Utilize online system tools for follow up and proactive collections.
* Coordinate with responsible sales organization to clarify issues.
* Prepare balance sheet and P&L closing.
* Coordinate with banks in defined subject's matters.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or any equivalent degree.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial project management is required, international experience and experience working in multicultural teams is a plus.
* Experience with calculation methods, finance models, forecasting, project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control), contract and claim management.
* Experience in implementing accounting principles (IFRS), tax, insurances, NCM, FX strategies as required on the project.
* Good interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English both written and spoken.
