Mobility Egypt to join our Project Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career

Position Summary:

As a contract administrator you will support the Contract Management team on
one of the biggest projects of the company. Working as part of our Legal
Department you will always promote Siemens values and will support your
project teams to manage cost, mitigate risks, maintain relationships and
ultimately, protect the company and the customer both contractually and
commercially.

* Overall contract administration, including issuing correspondence, producing contract management performance data.
* Support the Contract Management team in assessing, preparing, and submitting variations and claims.
* Support the Contract Management team in assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks through implementing policies for risk management.
* Build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with project partners.
Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid!
* Experience in quantity surveying/contract administration within projects
* Some experience with FIDIC forms of contract
* Good oral and written English Skills
* Relevant university degree (or in lieu of degree additional demonstrated experience) and work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the role requirements and job knowledge.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
* Knowledge of law, negotiations, or contract management gained through education or experience.
* Experience with using spreadsheets to collate and interpret data.
