Responsibilities


General
* Identify and classify families in the Knight Frank databases as tracked, verified or qualified based on Knight Frank engagement with these families.
* Identify families which Knight Frank needs to engage with, and arrange meetings with principals of these families accordingly.
* Update database classifications of families' post-client meetings.
* Enhance client care initiative by following up with family offices to promote Knight Frank.
* Send out periodic greetings to HNWI and family members during specific times of the year.
* Update company systems (HUB) with any meeting schedules and assist negotiators in creating reminders for next client engagements/meetings as part of client care framework.
* Assist in organizing events/forums around family businesses and real estate market.
Global Liaison
* Where required liaise with key global and Middle East offices and data share using best practices.
* Where required liaise with residential research teams and assist in compiling MENA input for global indexes Where required provide ideas and analysis to the editor of The Wealth Report.


Client Care
* Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure the delivery of task are managed in an efficient and professional manner.

* Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
* Team/Operating Environment.
* Pivotal central role amongst existing fee earners.
* Small team required to deliver workload to tight deadlines means that ability to get on with colleagues and be flexible towards workload is as important as technical skills and experience.
* Increasingly demanding clients (both internal and external) creates need for continuing development of research services and innovative solutions to client requirements.
* Requirement to provide high quality, user-friendly and value for money service.

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile



  • Arabic speaker, proficiency in reading and writing Arabic and English is preferable

  • Has basic understanding of family businesses in the MENA region and the culture among GCC HNWI

  • Able to create, update and utilize databases

  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

  • Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

  • Strong interest in property market trends and the wider commercial arena

  • The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks

  • Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report-writing skills

  • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems)

  • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships
