The Position
We are looking for a Team Assistant for Animal Health, based at Cairo Egypt.
The successful incumbent will assist in the day-to-day Animal Health
activities and provide administrative support to the Business Unit Head and
his team. Most part of the job includes people management, organizing and
participating in meetings and events. Support in providing business services
including but not limited to travel arrangements, office supply procurement,
meeting/conference/office event organization.
Tasks & responsibilities
1) Event management:
* Coordinates and implements regional department/business events in coordination with the team
* End to end event logistics management
* Supports and monitors the agenda and program outline
* Arrange the promotional material.
* Ad hoc requests management on the event day
* Conducts post event evaluation and event cost analysis in coordination with the Finance department
2) Administration and coordination:
* Supports the AH team in filing, meeting arrangements and other administrative tasks as required.
* Supports the AH team in travel arrangements and travel logistics
* Assumes independent responsibility for special projects.
* Follow up on the general invoices payment and ensure the follow up with finance and archiving.
3) Payment Management:
* Purchase order management
* Invoice processing
* Vendor on-boarding
* Budget Tracking
* Provisioning
4) Documentation and Platform maintenance:
* Archiving documents and event agreements + CORA dashboard maintenance
- Docusign - eSigning platform management
* DigiEvent Admin
Requirements
* Bachelors degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Basic understanding of finance topics
* Knowledge of MS Office tools
* Excellent organizational skills
* Proactive and solution oriented
* Independent working approach
* Business fluent in English in its oral and written form
* Business fluent in French in its oral and written form is desirable
