Job Responsibilities
* Prepares the daily and monthly distribution stock level reports and distribute them to the concerned departments.
* Gathers daily stock (empty and full) from the various distribution Depots and Distribution W/Hs in Plants.
* Data entering the stock into the FM to generate the loading plans.
* Distributes the loading plan to the transportation Dept to execute it.
* Liaises with the Packaging Manager of the plant for producing the required volumes according to their priorities.
* Ability to redistribute any SKUs at the WHs to avoid OOS
* Daily report to MD and SC Director with full detailed OOS
* Insure Company Shuttle Truck Fully Utilization and managing the driver work schedule.
* Assisting and helping Production Planners in creation the production plan and prioritize the daily prod plan according to the RPM empties stock.
* Visit Company WHs with the Distribution Manager to insure and handle any issues concerning Trucks Transportation and Timing, Audit distribution Stock capacity for each product.
* Maintain and report the Utilization for all Transportation Trucks.
* Handle and report all safety issues concerning Trucks with all Transportation contractors.
* Link between Warehouses demand, the Supply planning and the Business units.
* Ensures the safety stock level in all Company warehouses.
* Control the needs of RPM of bottles/crates/Kegs.
* Manage Intercompany transportation for Malt.
* Ensure continuous update of Master Data, dynamic data and all planning parameters in FuturMaster (safety stock, safety time, lead time, lot size, DRP daily schedule … etc).
* Responsible for distribution loading Plan whenever the logistic team in the plant is operating. (Weekend ,Public Holydays )
* Lead all Warehouse Keepers Functionally.
* Lead and manage the company Driver and insure truck utilization
Job Requirements:
* 2-4 years in any related experienece
* Very Good Spoken English
* Very Good In Microsft Excel and Office
