Job Description Summary

You will ensure that the Local Country Cluster Customer Team (LCT) sales
organization receives an integrated commercial operations service and owns the
full commercial /Inquiry to Order (ITO) process: Tender and Request for
proposal (RFP) management, go/no-go decision making, proposal generation and
hand-over to Order to Remittance (OTR).

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Drive the culture of teamwork and collaboration among all the stakeholders


• Keep track and record Tender and RFP opportunities and publications


• Organize and lead deal review/escalations and decision meetings to ensure that technical and commercial risks are addressed and incorporated in our offers


• Set the right price-point with the right margins with the team.


• Ensures adherence to Policy ‎5.0/‎6.0 ( "R")


• Highlight and communicate risks outside company standards


• Ensure that deal risks are properly assessed and mitigated (flags approved by relevant functions per DoA matrix)


• Present overall risk profile during deal strategy discussions


• Co-develop appropriate Terms and Conditions for standard customer proposals (per types) based on risk/reward analysis


• Measure and monitor KPIs (such as market visibility, win rate, order quality, Lost analysis) and adherence to risk review and opportunity management procedures.


• Ensure quality and accuracy of GE customer proposals ("A")


• Ensure that commercial tools are updated regularly by the LCT commercial team


• Ensure proper handover of order documents to OTR and

Required Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and ‎5 years ' experience in Sales/Services/Commercial/Financial roles


• Proven success in commercial proposal development and execution


• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people with ability to articulate & build convincing arguments internally and externally.


• Solid financial & business knowledge and understanding


• High work standard and quality.


• Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines


• Action and results oriented


• Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment.
