Project: We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking health and safety
manager to join our established and growing team in Egypt.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing correspondences and being able to prepare a contractual response.
* Reviewing contracts, agreements, and amendments
* Being able to advise the employer with contractual solutions
* Having a clear understanding of FIDIC contracts.
* Coordinating and preparing contract documents.
* Delivering agreed commercial/contract scope of service for projects under their control.
* Providing post-contract cost variances and change control processes inputs.
* Advise the team on responses contractually to avoid any liability.
About you
You have a degree qualification in civil engineering and are a member of a
professional body.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and provide
support to strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or
project management equating quality and value with the individual client and
