Job Description:
Scope:
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their
requirements and/or procedures based on BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:
* Assist and Coordinate with operations departments
* Follow Up with department supervisor to determine progress of work and completion dates
* Always ensure compliance to all regulations.
* Dispatch freight deliveries
* Coordination, follow up and arrangement of documents for shipments with carriers & service providers
* Tracking and tracing of freight
* Client notification of shipment delays
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operations system
* Documentation and filing
* Customs documentation and customs clearance
* Punctual and flawless end to end order processing and documentation
* Operational troubleshooting
Job Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience
* +3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
* Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
