Role Responsibilities
* Follow up the execution of activities and campaigns through appropriate channels.
* Manage BASF 's Agricultural Solutions (AP) digital marketing assets (Website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Coordinate and liaise with other professionals and external parties to execute promotional events, campaigns, and marketing efforts.
* Follow up with the marketing agencies any tasks related to the marketing campaigns.
* Maintain & update the database of marketing agencies & Events Companies.
* Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
* Support with the organizing/ monitoring of all AP Marketing Activities, events, exhibitions and seminars all over Egypt.
* Developing promotional materials brochures, pamphlets, infomercials and other marketing materials (English & Arabic).
* CRM Digital Tool Management.
* Prepare press releases which are published in Media coverage such as newspapers, magazines, and websites.
* Handles the Procurement processes and supplier management of needed for AP Marketing.
* Tracking all Marketing expenses and timely invoicing from suppliers.
Qualifications
* Graduated from Mass communication, Marketing Major, or a relevant field
* Excellent knowledge social media platforms' best practices, KPIs and analytical tools
* Fluent in English with communication and writing skills both in Arabic and English
* Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
