Job Summary:
Our client lives in the city of AL Ain, 1.5 hours ' drive from Abu Dhabi, and
is looking for an experienced and organised candidate to oversee the smooth
running of their home.
You will be required to work 6 days per week, 12 hours per day.
Duties:
* The main focus of this role will be to manage the team of 5 housekeepers and elevate their standards
* You will be responsible for managing household rotas and schedules
* Writing household manual
* Training and developing the staff
* Organise and supervise events
* Manage household budgets
* Inventories
* Being the main point of contact between the principal and staff
* Have knowledge and be happy to assist with housekeeping when required
* PA duties
Candidate requirements
* The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail and be able to ensure that all the rooms in the house are presented to the same high standard
* You do not necessarily need to have worked in the Middle East before, but it is essential that you have worked in big homes and have managed a large team
* You need to be a good team player, be able to build up good relationships with the staff, and be able to lead from the front
