Scope: Responsible for all below the line fixed branding in the market (store
signs, truck branding, equipment branding, outlets interior branding), as well
as insuring (develop and train) high quality merchandizing standards are
maintained in the market (selecting the right activities to be executed in the
right outlets) AB & NAB Functional Responsibilities: - Assessing the condition
of the company sales trucks and warehouses nationwide, in order to do all the
innovation and branding work that is aligned with Heineken standards. -
Analyzes monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain
expenditure controls. - Reviews operating budget to analyze and control trends
affecting Trade Marketing budget needs. - Responsible for Branding all AB &
NAB trucks, based on running campaigns - Responsible for all outlet external
visibility related work - Responsible for branding of all company assets like
warehouses and HQ - Develops and implements major renovations for AB & NAB
outlets - Support Brand Team and Channel Managers with running activations -
Work with sales team to Select most prominent outlets to increase visibility.
- Develop or find and execute new innovative POS materials. - Responsible to
develop or find new innovations that can be used in the market (POS, Display,
Shelve Displays etc..) - Responsible for Merchandizing Off-Trade outlets in
the Market - Responsible to train store workers on how to merchandize their
own outlets - Responsible to Develop merchandizing guidelines (fridges, shelf
displays, outlet signage) for outlet owners - Monitor fridge placement in
market and insure compliance with Company direction - Responsible for
Management of the Trade Marketing Budget (Capex & Opex) Leadership
Responsibilities: - Leads the sales team towards understanding the best
outlets to select for branding - Leads outlet owners and staff members on how
to best merchandise their outlets. - Must be able discuss with brand managers,
design specs and should be able to adjust designs to make them suitable for
implementation (outlet, signage, trucks, etc...) Functional Authority: (Job
Grade ‎18 and above) - Insure adherence to brand guidelines in the market -
Must make decisions about market executions, and determines best approach -
Has authority to refuse outlet branding or push for certain outlets to be
branded
