As a Services Specialist - ARMO, you will be providing high-quality
maintenance services to our customers at their field locations. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and
develop innovations. You will contribute to the success of a large team that
plays an integral part in our business.
As a Services Specialist - ARMO, you will be responsible for:
* Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information;
* Handling simple project processes. Detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge;
* Handling targeted clients - contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
* Reviewing all equipment require repair/modification including weekend from technicians on AMO Work Center and through email from planners for operation needs.
* Segregating the tools repair requirement for external and internal machine shop.
* Coordinating with forklift and helpers for tools movements to machine shop for tools repair.
* Coordinating and book a truck with DHL for urgent request after duty working hours.
* Following up with engineers for modify / repair mechanical parts.
* Setting a repair plan with engineers and welding shop for mechanical parts.
* Conducting quarterly quality audit for internal and external machine shop.
* Following up daily with inspection team for any non-conformance or fail material in inspection.
* Reviewing the inspection result with QC team after repair.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a mechanical aptitude and proven experience in a mechanical/manufacturing environment within the oil & gas industry
* Have a good knowledge of SAP system is a preferred.
* Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
* Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and influence others
