Partner with the best
As a Resources Specialist, you 'll be responsible for all resources, and
logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on
customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair,
and refurbish sold or existing products.

As a Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Resourcing deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics *
* Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation *
* Developing long range forecast for region resource needs *
* Developing and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
* Working together with people from the business unit.
* Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
* Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
* Handling targeted clients.
* Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
* Assigning field hands based on competencies and drilling requirements.
* Managing Field Work Force rotation

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least ‎4 years of experience in Services)
* Have to be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
* Have good communication skills.
* Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently.
* Have strong problem-solving skills.
* Have leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
* Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
