Overview of the role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Manager for Al Futtaim
Global Aftersales in Sharjah. The main purpose of the role is to ensure
maximum output of top quality work excecuted at maximum efficiency from the
Workshop.

What you will do
* Ensure top quality work job by matching principals' repair standards. Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and diminish return jobs.
* Ensure staff and workshop discipline for efficiency, quality and professionalism of job.
* Establish clear communication with customer and staff to enhance job completion, quality and develop customer confidence.
* Provide training, coaching and occasional on the job assistance to enhance staff capabilities

Required skills to be successful
* Technical knowledge of paint and repairs
* ‎5 years' experience in Body and Paint section
* Technical & Supervisory skills
* Ability to write technical reports

About the team
The role will report to the Bodyshop Manager and this position will maintain
the link between frontline staffs, workshop technicians and customers for
delivering the quality repair service on time which will help the company to
maintain a high Customer satisfaction Index score.

What equips you for the role
* Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or any technical related field.
* ‎5 years in a reputed workshop out of which ‎3 years in supervisory level
* Customer centric approach and operationally proactive by nature will be highly needed for this role to ensure daily departmental tasks, routines and resources are available to deliver high quality services. You must have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able to influence others.
