IBM Websphere/JBoss Admin Support
Location: Riyadh (onsite)
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift; ready to work in 24x7 environments


GENERAL
* Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
* Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-‎1 team
* Production Support: handle inquiries and resolve issues
* Determine gaps in procedures/processes and come up with suggestions/recommendation for process improvement
* Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time


QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
* High interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral
* Basic level of Arabic communication skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
The skills listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills
required.
* Extensive technical knowledge on Middleware Technologies (WebSphere MQ, Websphere Application Server, JBoss EAP, JBoss EWS )
* Installation and configuration of Middleware Products (WebSpher MQ, Websphere Application Server, JBoss EAP, JBoss EWS, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Web Server)
* Hands on Experience in Shell Scripting, Jython and Python Scripting
* Experience in Production Support 24x7 including Incident, Change and Problem Management
* Raising support cases for critical incidents
* Extensive troubleshooting knowledge on Websphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM MQ
* Hands on experience in Unix Platforms (AIX, SunOS, Linux)
* Hands on experience in working with monitoring tools like Wily, Splunk etc
* Hands on experience in working with SSL certificates - raising CSR, importing and exporting certificates, PKI, knowledge on SSL terminologies
* Hands on experience in anyone Load Balancers BIGIP or Netscaler
* Proactive support for the day-to-day Service Requests, Change Requests and Incidents
* Knowledge on SLA, OLA and MTTR
