Our international client is Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced planning &
scheduling Engineer to join SAOO TSD/Capital Program Management Division.
Key Responsibilities
* You are expected to be able to perform the following:
* Utilize available scheduling computer programs such as Primavera to prepare basic schedules, reviews contractor schedules and perform resources loading and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
* Assist in front-end planning and preparation of reports for management support
* Develop and analyze project schedules for Oil & gas Projects
* Analyze and prepare scheduling data for project status reports (i.e. Project Planning Update and Monthly Project Update)
* Develop Project Completion Schedules (Progress Curves)
* Evaluate contractors schedule, analyzes contractor's scheduling capabilities and contract requirements compliance
* Compile and analyze schedule data report to identify deviations from the project plan and develop corrective actions
* Coordinate/resolve scheduling issues with company organizations and contractors
Minimum Requirements
* The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction management as minimum.
* Minimum of 10 years experience in scheduling and planning of brown field projects at Oil & Gas industry facilities
* Must be certified to perform Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Gantt Charts, resource planning using scheduling software (PRIMAVERA) and recommended to have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
* Ability to analyze projects schedules to plan the most effective execution sequence in light of experience and current industry practices
* Ability to compile and analyze schedule data report to identify deviations from the project plan and develop necessary corrective actions
* Preferred to have membership with internationally recognized technical societies
