e are looking for an experienced DC Supervisor to manage and oversee all
warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse
productivity. The DC Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising
employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods,
and preparing relevant documentation. T
o be successful as a DC Supervisor you should be experienced in optimizing
warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding DC
Supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time
management skills. D
C Supervisor Responsibilities: S
* upervising warehouse staff and daily activities. M
* anaging, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. T
* racking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. O
* rdering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. C
* hecking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. M
* aintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. E
* nsuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. P
* erforming a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. C
* oordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment. C
* ommunicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. D
C Supervisor Requirements: H
* igh school diploma/GED required. P
* revious experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. S
* trong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. T
* ime management skills and the ability to delegate. E
* xcellent leadership and organizational skills. S
* trong communication and interpersonal skills. P
* roficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. P
