Position Objective:
The Payment Processing Coordinator will be supporting our Client's real estate
properties and ensuring efficient financial management. The primary objective
of this position is to oversee and manage payment processing activities,
monitor payment targets, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with
stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payments.


Job Description & Responsibilities:
Monitor and control SAQ and operational payments, ensuring accuracy and
adherence to established processes.
Set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment targets for the section and
team, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Prepare reports by consolidating and analyzing data from systems, identifying
discrepancies, and providing insights and recommendations.
Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement
(SLA) performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
corrective measures.
Liaise with third-party operators for payment processing, ensuring effective
communication and timely resolution of issues.
Report and track payment processing from finance, manage returned invoices,
and resolve discrepancies.
Handle all due payments processing within SLAs and KPIs, ensuring adherence to
payment timelines and requirements.
Track invoices demand from SAQ stakeholders, allocate invoices in advance for
processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Perform end-to-end tracking of opened TTs (Telegraphic Transfers) to identify
and resolve system issues promptly.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of
payment processing activities.


Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related
field.
Minimum of ‎2 years of experience in payment processing or financial
operations.
High-level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data
analysis and reporting.
Ability to balance stakeholder interests and prioritize competing tasks
effectively.
Results oriented mindset with a drive to innovate in a flexible environment.
Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative and is eager to learn new
skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) to effectively communicate
with stakeholders.
