Position Objectives:
The Senior PM will be responsible to work with the “Business & System
Analysts” to determine needs and accordingly applying / customizing the
existing technology to achieve the targeted goals in current and upcoming IT
projects.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Work with the Digital Transformation Team and the other relevant authorities
within Govt client in pre-initiation phase to identify project strategic
goals, challenges, objective, requirements & estimated budgets.
Work with client departments to build an operation plan for potential
projects.
Work with client teams to address challenges and set an initiative to
accomplish the challenges.
Manage client initiative and projects Based on the PMI Methodologies & client
PMO methodologies (MASHROAT) to accomplish it through:
Build Project charter.
Identify Project stakeholders.
Gather stakeholder & sponsor requirements and needs.
Build Project detailed SOW.
Estimate Project Tasks, time, and Resources for each project.
Identify project risks.
Build PMP for each project.
Direct and manage project work.
Monitor and control project work and handle project constraints and politics.
Lead project status meetings and provide project internal and external
sponsors with necessary information and status reports with dashboards.
Share & transfer knowledge to all IT division member.
Create a vendor management for the IT department.
Support & control IT division projects life cycle by:
Review and approve project charter.
Review and approve project SOW.
Review and approve Project management plans.
Track project plans, milestones, deliverables.
Support IT PMs in predict risk factors and eliminate it for the successful
completion of the project.
Step on to support PMs through the Project life cycle.
Provide monthly BI reports about project overall status.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / CS / Software Engineering.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in IT with 5 years’ experience in senior level /
Project Management position.
Must hold PMI certifications of PMP & ACP with proven knowledge and experience
working on standards defined by Saudi National Project Management Organization
(MASHROAT).
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including
analysis, design, functionality, testing and support Ability to develop large-
scale web/database applications and to communicate clearly with business users
and project managers.
Experience in design & development of cross platform hybrid mobile
applications.
Must be very good in using MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word,
PowerPoint), on advance level, preferably with advance user level experience
working on MS Project and MS Power BI.
Saudi Citizens / Native Arabic Speaking Residents with transferable Iqama are
highly preferred.
