Position Objective:
Responsible for rollout of the deployment activities for LTE Mission Critical
project. Ensuring the project is delivered within forecasted costs, time, and
required quality.
Job Description:
Assist the project manager in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop project plans and schedules using project management tools.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Perform data analysis to provide insights into project performance and make
recommendations for improvement.
Assist with budget preparation and monitor project expenses to ensure
adherence to budgetary constraints.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Develop and maintain project documentation including risk management plans,
change management plans, and other project-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project
deliverables meet requirements.
Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Telecom industry with at least 2 years in PMO
PMP or Prince2 certified.
Prior experience of working on Mission Critical project will be an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Expert level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus.
Possess an excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of the Arabic
language would be an advantage.
