JOB TITLE: F-‎15 Montage Technician / Video Editor
SUMMARY:
DAWSON is looking for the next Montage Technician for the Royal Saudi Air
Force (RSAF) F-‎15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. This position will produce audio/video programs and short films to
support RSAF requirements, using all types of hardware and software. The
selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high
expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team
settings across all levels.
Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage and applying artistic editing techniques.
* Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
* Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
* Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
* Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
* Bachelor's Degree in related field.
* Extensive experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
* Demonstrable video editing ability.
* Knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
* Expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques.
* Ability to visualize directorial concepts.
* Ability to work according to a strict time schedule while meeting deadlines.
* Creative mind and skills
