Role Purpose
We are looking for an HSE Lead for a major project based in Riyadh, KSA.

What this job involves
Implementation of safety rules and regulations as per based on KSA regulations
and International Standards.
Develop, revise and monitor compliance with all safety rules, company policies
and statutory requirement with regards to HSE.
Monitoring, compile of safety MIS, all monthly safety activity and safety
status reports.
Monitor all safety personnel’s activities and coordinate with site engineers,
contractors and project manager.
Maintain up to date documentation of inspection reports, safety observations
report, policies, training record, audit report, procedure, incident report &
safety committee, MOM and data etc.
Support site HSE committee to resolve safety issues and drive HSE performance.
Safety compliance for the site in general and project implementation.
Overall responsibility of site safety procedures, HIRA and ensure compliances.
Formulation / Implementation and administration of the site safety procedures,
coordinate with client for the HSE matters.
Reviewing Plans/Procedures and submitting to the Client.
Carry out accidents and Incidents/investigation and review reports prior to
submission.
Conducting audits of contractors regarding HSE compliance/Implementation.
Conducting and witnessing the safety meeting/progress meeting etc. with client
and contractors.
Preparing and documentation of ISO ‎45001 Health & Safety External Audit and
Internal audit.
Implementing corporate EHS programs and audits.

Desired skills and experience for this
Bachelor's degree with specialization in HSE or related discipline.
Possess certification in NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
HSE qualification or affiliation (NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, Tech IOSH).
Member of a discipline recognized professional institution.
Minimum ‎10 years relevant experience in Consultant or PMCM.
Knowledgeable in ISO ‎45001 and HSE management systems is highly preferred.
Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and PowerPoint & MS
project.
