Role Purpose
We are looking for a Risk Manager for a major project based in Riyadh, KSA.

What this job involves
Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify,
assess, and evaluate risk issues arising from different phases in the project
lifecycle.
Prepare and implement a risk management plan for construction projects
outlining the processes to mitigate risks. These plans should include risk
identification procedures, risk evaluation procedures, and risk mitigation
procedures.
Estimate the unforeseen risks of the project etc.
Notifying the higher management of any overrun activities.
Prepare and implement a risk management plan for construction projects
outlining the processes to mitigate risks and to exploit opportunities. These
plans should include risk identification procedures, risk evaluation
procedures, and risk mitigation procedures.
Reviewing the scope of work to identify any risk resulting from extra
activities not included in the scope of work.
Reviewing the Response Risk Plan with site managers to check whether it covers
the risk or not, and create the contingency plans and fallback plan with them.
Performing the Quantitative Risk Analysis to find out the probability of
completing the activities at a specific cost and time by using the Oracle
Primavera Risk Analysis Program, and to determine the best decision under
uncertainty risk.
Prepare top ten risk report, risk issue report and update risk register
through ARM program.

Desired skills and experience for this
Demonstrable experience in managing project risks to cost and schedule.
Experience of large-scale construction programmes.
Ability to perform Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) using Primavera
Risk Analysis or similar tools.
Excellent analytical as well as verbal reasoning and written communication
skills.
Degree Qualification is preferred.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
