Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Drive medical field planning process by ensuring local insights utilized to
shape the country medical strategies.
Implement the strategic directions and lead all field-based medical activities
required aiming to achieve Sandoz objectives in the KSA
Coordinate the collection and reporting of consolidated Medical Experts (MEs)
insights that may impact Sandoz development plans, launch strategies and
tactics, and medical education programs tailored to physician needs
Build strong network with Medical Experts nationally, gaining insights on
Sandoz medical department position.
Implement and ensure execution of Scientific Operations strategic and tactical
plans.
Enhance the scientific image of the company among Health care Professionals
and key external experts.
To support governing the ethical practices of all medical activities with the
aim to foster the ethical and scientific image of the company as a leading
pharmaceutical company.
Provide ongoing support to develop MSLs' competencies and skills,
effectiveness and progress toward goal objectives.
Ensuring local implementation of field Medical training curriculums and
responsibility for coordinating local MSL onboarding.
Coaching of MSLs in the field for high value scientific field visits aligned
with the overall strategy and medical plans to support local insight gathering
and develop patient-centric strategies and services.
Ensure implementation of filed medical excellence processes and guidelines
within the team.
Provide the necessary support to Market Access, BD&L and other internal
stakeholders for the Product Portfolio.
Ensure continuous assessment & application of effective technology to enhance
productivity of the team
Identify and execute opportunities for productivity and/or efficiency
improvement with other medical functions.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements :

MD,PHD, Pharmacist and other life sciences with solid medical/technical
background and proven competencies, business and market knowledge.
Min ‎3 years of experience as a Medical Manager in a multinational
pharmaceutical company with a Specialty TA experience.
Fluent in English & Arabic
Proven ability to lead and coach scientific/medical associates at all skill
and knowledge levels.
Proven ability to implement a medical strategy.
Strong knowledge of the market preparation and access requirements,
encompassing medical strategies and market trends.
Proven ability to interpret and communicate medical/scientific strategies to
direct reports.
Thorough understanding of internal/external ethical guidelines relevant to the
pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership mindset and demonstrated customer focus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong personal integrity, teamwork abilities, and a customer focus are
necessary.
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly
changing environment and to motivate a team to do the same.
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional environment.
People management, development and coaching skills.
