Job Description:
* * Responsible for Procurement involvement within the Projects, and or Local / Indirect Procurement
* * Delivers on Time, on Cost and on Quality for supplied products and/or services in line with requirements.
* * Lead a compliant supplier selection process according to Airbus regulations & processes
* * Responsible to archive the local procurement POs/PRs/Contracts (files & sharepoint)
* * Negotiate, organize and manage any new contract between Airbus KSA and the local or international suppliers
* * Manage and follow any actions between the internal customers and the suppliers
* * Manage the Project Procurement forecasts and align with Financial controlling
* * Ensure coherence between programs and Procurement matters and as such define and agree the appropriate procurement approach in each case.
* * Act as focal point towards the Product Line / Project for all products procurement / purchase matters.
* Achieve savings; Manage RfP's in professional & compliant manner, negotiate optimum pricing and conditions related to price, delivery and quality
* Data Integrity; Send PO's to suppliers in a timely manner, archiving of documentation, maintain action tracker
* Market Research & Understanding; add value to the Procurement organization, understand local market conditions across different industries, arrange supplier presentations, collect company profiles, update Supplier database
* * Sourcing/procurement/commercial experience desirable
* * Experience in a multinational environment will be an advantage
* * Understands economic, cultural and market in Saudi Arabia
* * Sound knowledge of legal and contractual frameworks
* * Good creative ability and an eye for detail
* * Excellent business, planning and organizational skills
